Many of my candidates are battle fatigued as they are facing crisis after crisis and are getting tired. The best way to beat burnout is not to take a break. In a crisis if you take a break it can spell disaster. You need to energize yourself with new approaches, new tactics, new strategies, and technologies. Once you add a few new tricks to your war chest you will find yourself energized and excited to use your new approach.
